She is a member of both the Ontario Chiropractic Association (OCA) and the Canadian Chiropractic Association (CCA).
As a licensed chiropractor, Dr. Nosal (Lanteigne) specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of neuromusculoskeletal disorders; this includes conditions arising from the structures or functions of the spine or extremities, and their effects on the nervous system. She has a strong focus in biomechanical assessment and movement retraining that is tailored to each individual, which contributes to her philosophy of identifying and addressing the underlying source of the problem rather than only treating the presenting symptoms. This approach to care seeks to not only decrease an individual’s pain and achieve a pain free state, but to keep the pain from returning while optimizing function and achieving a higher quality of life.
Dr. Nosal (Lanteigne) believes through combining her clinical expertise with proper patient education and patient centered care, she can best serve her patients and help them achieve their personal health goals. It is when an individual is able to understand why their pain or dysfunction is occurring that empowers them to implement change and play a key role in their health and wellness.
Treatments may include spinal manipulative therapy, extremity manipulation/adjusting, electro-modalities, soft tissue therapy, exercise prescription, movement retraining, and lifestyle and nutritional advice.
